- Chest pain
- Fatigue and sluggishness
- Sex drive decreases
- Upset Stomach
- Sleep problems
Most people don’t consider the physical effects of stress and tend to dismiss them. But continually dealing with stress on a daily basis could lead to problems in our bodies. There are other things that stress effects as well. Here are some of the emotional effects of stress in your life:
- Lack of motivation or focus
- Irritability or anger
- Sadness or depression

Stress can play a huge role in how you live your life. From the mood you’re in to how you react to others around you. Stress can also cause other problems in your life that you may not even realize as well including over eating. Your weight loss efforts may be hindered simply because you’re stressed out.
