Green apples also provide a lot of health benefits which you can enjoy. Not only do they provide a lot of fiber to your diet but they are also a great source of Vitamin K which can help regulate blood in your body which in turn helps with blood clots and heart issues.

Everyone loves cranberry sauce during the holidays, but this sour fruit can pack a punch on it’s own and you don’t need to wait until Thanksgiving to eat it. Cranberries are a small fruit that can be eaten as a snack. They help with your blood pressure and have a high content of anti oxidants in them which is great for your immune system. Not only that but if you have frequent urinary tract infections, cranberries can help to reduce that.

Not only that but the sour taste is usually not as defined as some of the other sour fruits so they make a good alternative if some of the other fruits are simply too sour for you.

These are just some of the sour fruits that you can use to help with your diet and health. There are lots of other fruits which can help with your diet as well and can a much healthier alternative to traditional snacks.
