My first piece of advice would be to keep it simple. Caffeine and green tea have shown in countless studies they help reduce appetite, increase metabolism and help boost fat loss. You can buy these for extremely cheap in bulk. Try this combo first and see how you get on. You should expect elevated energy levels and increased fat burning. Most fat burners contain these two and other unproven ingredients. More isn’t better.
Stepping it up
Fat loss progress always stalls. To overcome this try reducing your calories slightly each week and your fat loss should keep progressing. If you’re finding the last 1-2% is not moving it’s time to look into other proven compounds. The first to look at is L-carnatine.
